  4.             The files system is now restricted to IBM and compatibles only.
  5.     This is mainly due to space-saving reasons. If there is a lot of requests,
  6.     I may be able to open up a small area for Commodore, Apple, etc. Please
  7.     send me a comment if there are any problems with the file transfer
  8.     system.

  11.                        Ratios and other interesting stuff
  12.                        ~~~~~~ ~~~ ~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~
  13.     Post ratio: This ratio is determined by the number of messages that
  14.      you have posted. Comments and replies to the Sysop do not count in
  15.      this ratio. Only messages entered with the "E) Enter message" command
  16.      count. This ratio controls your ability to access the files system.

  18.     Upload ratio: This ratio is calculated by the number of files that you
  19.      have uploaded divided by the number of files you have downloaded. It
  20.      controls your ability to access the "Download file" option in the
  21.      files system.

  23.     NOTE: Both ratios are currently disabled.
